TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL SUBSCRIBERS

This agreement has been consented between the user and or any other person that you may represent or authorize and housemaid.com.sg. The terms and conditions mentioned herein are solely governed by the usage of the specific services and shall remain in force until further modifications with the notice of either of the parties. This agreement shall consist of general as well as specific segments and shall be comprehended accordingly.  

Acceptance of the terms and conditions shall be done only with the intention of goodwill and trust and shall be applicable to only persons of 18 years and upward or so-called adults who are mentally fit. In case of minors acceptance of this terms and conditions shall remain void and shall not be eligible to enter into a binding of the agreement.

The term contract means all the agreed mutually terms put together on a suitable media and mutually accepted and duly endorsed by both the parties. The contracts are digitalized, stored and secured with relevant supporting documents, and relevant digital signatures. However the point to be remembered is that both the parties shall mandatorily download and print the contract papers and store them in a suitable place for any further clarifications or disputes that may arise. Likewise it is mandatory to extract / scan or save soft and hard copies of the contract papers in a suitable form in one’s local system.

 All information pertaining to the registered agency like the agencies name i.e. under which title it is officially registered, the physical location and address, details of the branches if any, the stipulated working hours, website if any and the links of the social media connected to, honors and appreciations awarded to the agency and so on shall be keyed into the specific fields.

Acceptance of terms shall be specific and opting out of a specific service and claiming of services shall be in accordance with the priority of utility point of view. The services may be used for professional and specifically mentioned purposes or for internal business purpose in the organization that you represent and in case services are being used for other purposes the warranties of such services shall be deemed void.

While using specific online services, other supporting hardware, access to the World Wide Web through a reliable service provider and such issues are to be procured and monitored accordingly and we shall not be responsible for any lapse of such services that are not mentioned here in.

Signing up for a service shall require authorizing a particular administrator who shall have the right to configure a specific service based on the requirements. Uploading, editing and modifying of any of the content pertaining to your agency can be done with the user login credentials within the agreed terms, while the role of specific data key-in users are differentiated so that the workflow remains systematic, the specific responsibility with respect to specific data input also shall also be equally distributed among the concerned workforce.

Nevertheless, maintaining the confidentiality of your organization account password, authorizing proficient persons as administrators, ensuring that all activities that occur in connection with your organization account comply with this agreement shall be your sole responsibility.

All the details regarding the foreign domestic worker (FDW) shall be verified and uploaded. Each and every detail like the maid’s personal details, medical history and all other relevant document details like the experience certifications, along with photographs of the maid shall be keyed in accordance to the login status of the user.

All government’s mandatory forms pertaining to the contract agreement brought to focus shall be available as digitized imagery in a suitable format. The integrated facility of creating the employer facilitating the uploading of all the employer details along with a unique feature of “on screen signature” enables the employer to just add his signature by writing on the screen where in it is stored in form of the digital data shall be used for all digital documentary transactions.

The term agent denotes that person who happens to be a referral of the maid. Or in other words is a known person liable for the responsibility of the maid. Although he has no direct linkage with the portal or its services he is the one who shall acts as a bridge between the maid and the agency for all practical purposes.

Logos and other imagery submitted for upload are only for the purpose that it is intended to and shall be free from any sort of copyright issues. The logo may if need be slightly altered, with a bit of reworking so that it fits the slot in place and visibly looks elegant. Subdomains if any pertaining to other main domains particularly of the similar portals and websites shall be eliminated from the portal links since it interferes with our patented domains. All processes regarding the same must be clarified and completed accordingly.  

All text and imagery keyed in for public access and viewing may unintentionally be tracked or crawled by search engines or similar contrivances this action shall be assumed as purely inadvertent and we shall not be responsible for such activities on the web.

The pricing and other financial aspects covered under the service plan comprise of intricate monetary details securely checked and extreme care is taken while generating an invoice however you are advised to double check and immediately inform about any sort of discrepancies in them. Credit notes are in no way in connection with the service. It is however advised that any reimbursement claims must be discussed accordingly and suitable measures must be reviewed with the concerned to resolve any matter in this connection. All Payments must be calculated considering the overheads and other expenditure that incurs during the processes.

Subscriptions are to be done as per individual requirements which may be quarterly or yearly and so on and can be done using suitable means of payments. Subscriptions shall be automatically renewed unless a notice of termination is submitted in time before the expiry of the service. However, there shall be no option of downgrading of subscription plans.

Information provided to us shall be deemed as willing and accepted and shall be in accordance to these terms and conditions. Sensitive information which may be misused if lost shall be securely kept and not disclosed to third persons. In case of dubious activities that may be observed by you pertaining to your user account may be immediately signaled to us via suitable and earliest means of communication for further security actions.   

Termination of the services shall be done only after justified prior information via a suitable mode of communication. And there shall be no refund of any unused fees that may have been paid. Under suspicious or suspected illegal activity or other activities other than mentioned in the agreement, user account shall be suspended temporarily or access to the account may be completely disabled. This apart the user account as well as the subscription and the related services shall be terminated in case of violation of terms of contract. This action shall apparently include denial to access the specified user account and all services connected to it and automatic deletion of all user data pertaining to the account.

These terms and conditions are subject to change and these changes shall be informed to you as and when required through any of the agreed modes of communication. All important changes that may limit privileges of either of the parties in this agreement shall be informed within an agreed period of 30 days.
